Silver Lotus will only ship to the name and billing address indicated on the order form submitted OR a PayPal confirmed shipping address.

Silver Lotus uses only Canada Post unless specifically requested and prepaid.

Regular price merchandise purchased online at www.silverlotus.biz can also be picked up at 103 Osborne Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

CANADIAN ORDERS

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited service with an estimated delivery of 3 to 15 business days depending on the postal code we are shipping to.

Shipping costs within Canada

  • $15.00 CAD for shipping costs.
  • 5% GST is charged on all orders that are shipped within Canada.
  • PST will be charged on all orders that are shipped to Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Québec and Manitoba.
  • HST will be charged on all orders that are shipped to New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Prince Edward Island. 

US ORDERS

US orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited service with an estimated delivery of 6 to 21 business days depending on the zip code we are shipping to.

US orders can be further delayed by customs and the US post-delivery service. These delays are beyond our control and we are unable to supply any detailed information on why or how long your parcel may be delayed. However, we do supply a tracking number with each order, so you are able to track your order and receive updates through Canada Post. 
 

Shipping costs to the US

  • $25.00 CAD for all shipping costs. 
  • Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes. 

IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ONCE THE PARCEL REACHES THE US. ALL ORDERS ARE DECLARED AT THEIR FULL PURCHASE VALUE.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

Exchange Policy:

Regular Priced merchandise may be exchanged for another item or store credit within 10 days of purchase date. All custom orders are final sale. 

Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.
